Fred Budnick

Patrol Lieutenant

  Lieutenant Budnick joined the Aberdeen Police Department in 1980 as a Police Communications Officer. In September of 1980 he was hired as a patrol officer. Lt. Budnick was promoted to Patrol Corporal in 1988 and Sergeant in 1994. In 1998 he was assigned to command the Criminal Investigations Section. In 2005 Lieutenant Budnick became the departments Administrative Sergeant, a position he remained in until his promotion in March 2011.

  Lieutenant Budnick has been an active member of the Aberdeen Volunteer Fire Department for over35yearsand is a lifelong resident of Aberdeen. Lt. Budnick has attended Harford Community College and is working towards a degree in Criminal Justice.
